Pension Action Center
From the Gerontology Institute at U. Mass/Boston, the Pension Action Center includes the New England Pension Assistance Project, which offers free counseling and assistance on pension issues, and a legal referral service.

Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation
PBGC, a federal corporation created by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, protects the pensions of nearly 44 million American workers and retirees in more than 29,000 private single-employer and multiemployer defined benefit pension plans.
